*Important*

All orders are final as you have made a legally binding agreement with the Durham Precious Metals Platform. This binding agreement applies whether you are buying or selling to us.

 ALL ORDERS REQUIRE THE FOLLOWING STEPS – NO EXCEPTIONS

To avoid cancellation, please satisfy your obligations by sending your payments immediately.

1. Take a photo of your License or Passport (no substitutes – has to be one or the other) and hold it up to your face for a full headshot. Your full face and your I.D. need to be seen, and read clearly in the photo.

2. Take a photo or scan 2 pieces of PROOF OF ADDRESS. Example: Hydro, Phone, Water Bill. Must be current (within the last  two months). Your name and address must match exactly with your license or passport (no exceptions) 

3.  Read completely and sign the contract with Durham Precious Metals that you received in your email. Take a photo of the signed contract.

Payments for Online Orders

Bank Wire: No Transaction Limit

If you’d like you can come into our brick-and-mortar store, place an order, and immediately go to your bank and pay by bank wire. 

Please note: All orders require the steps outlined at the top of this payment page to be completed before we process your order. Please refer to your order confirmation email for instructions.

 

Bill Payment: No Transaction Limit

Bill Payment Instructions:

  1. Log into your online banking
  2. Go to Pay Bills
  3. Click “Add a Payee”
  4. Search name “Durham Precious Metals”
  5. Add as a Payee
  6. Complete your account by setting up your account number
  7. Your account number is on your invoice near the bottom labelled “Order Number”
  8. The billing address on your order must match the information by our bank

Interac E-Transfer:  Please check with your financial institution to determine your daily transaction limit.

Instructions:

  • Select Interac E-Transfer
  • Select Send Money
  • If this is your first time purchasing with Durham Precious Metals then select “add a new recipient”
  • Use the name PAYDPM and the email [email protected]
  • Message to recipient, and security question is NOT necessary, as we have direct deposit.
  • Fill in the amount to be transferred.
  • Follow the instructions to confirm the information, and complete the transfer.
  • Once we receive and clear the funds we will ship your product.
  • Usually takes 24-48 hrs to clear funds and ship product.

Payments for In-Store Purchases

Credit Card: $10,000 Transaction Limit

Once the credit card payment has been cleared, your order will be processed immediately. Refer to your confirmation email. A 3.5% fee applies.

DPM reserves the right to verify credit cards with Government I.D if we deem necessary.

We do not accept: Pre-Paid Credit Cards, Co-Branded Visa/Debit Bank Cards or Credit Card Cheques.

Debit: (At our Retail Store in Oshawa) Please check with your financial institution to determine your daily transaction limit.

Personal Cheque: No Transaction Limit

DPM accepts personal cheques in our Retail store. If the cheques are drawn from a Canadian financial institution, they are held for a minimum of 7 business days for clearance. We will notify you when your order is ready for pick-up. DPM reserves the right to Void/Cancel any agreement if we find any errors, or issues of any kind, including financial. If the price of metals INCREASES beyond $40 before your payment is cleared, DPM reserves the right to add that additional cost to your order, and that payment will be required upon pick-up.
