All orders are final as you have made a legally binding agreement with the Durham Precious Metals platform. This binding agreement applies whether you are buying or selling to us.

We will place a HOLD of $200 on your credit card until full payment is received. Once your payment is received, your credit card HOLD will be lifted within 5-7 days.

IF YOU EXIT THE CHECKOUT PAGE BEFORE FINALIZING YOUR ORDER YOU WILL BE ASKED FOR ANOTHER CREDIT CARD HOLD OF $200 (so be sure you have finished shopping before going to the checkout page!).

Your purchase price is locked in at the time we receive your order. To avoid any cancellation fees, please satisfy your obligations by sending your payments within the time frame according to the payment option you choose. All orders are final as you have made a binding agreement with DPM’s Trading Platform.

If DPM does not receive your payment within the allotted time frame, a $200 cancellation fee will be applied to your credit card along with any market loss that DPM incurs. These changes will be billed to your credit card. Please refer to the Terms Page for more information on cancellations.

Your credit card WILL NOT BE CHARGED for the amount of your purchase, it is just a 5-7 day HOLD. We do not accept credit cards as a payment method, instead you will be required to remit your payment to us with one of our chosen methods (see payment page).

* 5029748 Ontario ("Durham Precious Metals") reserves the right to void/cancel this agreement if we find errors, or issues of any kind, including financial. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. All orders are a Final Legal contract with Durham Precious Metals.

MARKET VOLOTILITY

Should the market price of the metals increase above $40 before we receive payment for your order, Durham Precious Metals reserves the right to add an amount equal to the difference between the new market price and the original order price to your original order. You will be required to pay this difference via E-transfer before we ship your order or payment in cash upon a pick-up order.

You will receive an email notice of payment due, if any, with 1-2 business days, after you have placed your order.

Durham Precious Metals is not affiliated with any banks, financial institutions, or other service providers, and has no say in what happens day to day with their operations. The banking system is currently operating in a state of uncertainty (think possible CBDC, bank freezes, bail-ins, etc.), therefore, Durham Precious Metals cannot guarantee the outcome of transactions. Should any anomalous event occur, due to the failure of any third-party institution, Durham Precious Metals reserves the right to take any necessary steps to resolve the situation favourably.
